Did you get a chance to talk to the owner of the GT350? He said he took delivery 2 months ago and the tires are already shot (plus 200km of track time at Mosport and a few too many burnouts).
I reaffirm that it needs stripes.

I didn’t talk to him, but the tires did look pretty worn. I think a solid stripe down the middle of the hood/trunk that matches the colour of the roof would work.

A matte stripe isn’t bad either! This is one of the very early cars in Ontario, and he got a really nice plate to match.
BTW if you want to wake up super early on Thursday morning (Jul 7), North Face Rally is kicking off their rally from 8-10AM down by the pier (Cherry St). One of the cars is a Huarya from the states and they just arrived in Toronto this afternoon.

Thing is I get off work at 7:45am Thursday morning. Or else that would be very cool. I wonder if they’re coming out to the Durham Region at all.
That matte stripe does look pretty good. I prefer contrasting coloured stripes though. If that whole set of stripes from the thin reds inwards was a red, I would be a happy camper.

I can see a solid two-tone working, but thing with the GT350RC is that a lot of the extra its of body aren’t very glossy (the wing, some of the lower aero). The red definitely works with the red shelby badges though.
The northface rally route this year is :
Jul 7: toronto -> montreal
Jul 8: montreal -> new york city
Jul 9: new york city -> atlantic city
Jul 10: atlantic city -> syracuse -> niagara falls.
Some of the cars are staying behind/leaving early to set up shop at Ertefa on Saturday (jul 9, 12-5).
It’s also weathertech challenge at mosport this weekend! Time to see the GTs in action. :)

I wouldn’t kick it out of my garage no matter the colours. I wish I could have heard it run.
I looked it up. They’re headed east on the 401, so they’ll be near me at some point.
I’d love to go out to Mosport this weekend, but I have to go out of town for my mom’s birthday. Race Wars is Sunday though.

Luckily for you, theres a video on IG (ronskey78) - its geotagged with EA.
Man I’m so bummed that the only racewars I’ll be able to go to this year was rained out, but I still went anyways. The turnout was abysmal and I really wish I could have seen what its like fully packed. Although Porsche Cars & Coffee was that same morning, so all was not lost.
I was planning to head back down to Cayuga for CSCS but forgot the Unionville Exotic Car Show was the same day, and ended up opting to stay closer to home.
And since I have my weekend pass for IMSA, guess I’ll be skipping racewars again. :P
